Citizen, this guy, Retired Firefarter sounds like a weenie living his life through his brother who he claims is a cop. Loads like this are a dime a dozen up in NY. On any given night in any seedy ass bar up there you'll find a herd of these jerks getting soused and loud. The fights end with somebody getting sucker punched or slipping and falling in their own puke.
It's invariably true that those with the biggest mouths have the smallest accomplishments (among other things).
