Where I grew up, one dumb a$$ took to shooting transmission line insulators with a his rifle. A lot of people suspected who was doing it but there was no solid proof. Homeland Security is rightfully worried about power company computer systems being hacked and causing outages. It doesn't have to be that complicated. A few people with guns could easily cause widespread outages in a matter of minutes. I'm glad to read that this sort of crime is a felony. This person needs to be caught and made an example of.
