Was it vandalism or were they stealing copper? Copper theft is rampant in all counties. The EMC's are having to go to great lengths to keep idiots out of the substations and its not working so well. The people that buy copper need to be checked out because you know they know who is doing this. The copper dealers need to be busted for buying stolen property!
