So that means the True Unemployment Rate is still where? The 13-15% area. This accounts for the people who have given up looking for a job or have been out of work for a couple of years. What sector is doing all of this hiring? Manufacturing? Construction? Service Industries? We live in a part of the country that has usually been immune from most other areas and I just don't see it or hear it.
