A convicted felon with a gun, gee there's a shocker. We need tougher penalties for gun charges. Obviously what we have now does not deter felons from carrying weapons.

Once again we see... If guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns.

I wonder if the criminal will face a civil lawsuit from the injured party. If a law abiding citizen shoots in defense, you know there will be a lawsuit.

Well, the positive side is. One more career butthead off the streets, for awhile anyway.
