for not knowing how the system works. I just pulled up the undergraduate degrees offered from ECU as an example to support a case of how dumbed down higher education has become. One could say that there is a degree for everything, but do you need a degree to work in a hotel as a conference planner, or as a park ranger, or on a golf course? Those types of things are 2 year programs AT BEST. Imagine the cost savings if you trimmed out all the non-essential degree programs. They are useless to most when they graduate anyway.
