The quick answer is that Landen has never but reprimanded because he is one of the protected, especially by Dellapia, and is still a sergeant there. Blasingame, who pulled his gun on two officers, is still working -again, one of the protected - and Harrison, whose dog Landen and Spence wanted to take away from him, was not protected and set up. Thats how it worked in LA and dont think its going to change until you gut out the leaders there and some of the officers. Dont see how a department that was so damaged can just be fixed by only changing the chief!
