Ya know I really think a petition should be brought against the police officers, had they turned on there lights and sirens they could have startled them or alerted them to know there lights were not on. What a terrible tragedy a total shame, for the unnecessary act that could have been prevented, or at least tried to prevent it. I am disgusted with the police they are using to much of authority.
