Ya know I really think a petition should be brought against YOU, and have you declared legally stupid. The funny thing about your post is that had the officer turned activated the blue lights and siren you would have complained that this action caused them to hit the tree and die. How in the name of all that is unholy IS NOT TURNING on the blue lights using to much authority?? But yes, all this could have been avoided, by simply avoiding the tree.
