Its interesting to read that if you are convicted of Mail Fraud and work for the DMV - a prison sentence is handed down. If you work for the Dept.of Social Services in Alamance County, N.C. and commit a Fel. Fraud -- you get a slap on the wrist, supervised probation, and a promise to re-pay the $4,500. embezzled.
