I knew the driver for 5 years. We actually used to date. I know he had his reasons for speeding up and it was a stupid decision but the fact of the matter is he was a lost soul. he had no guidance in his life. He made dumb careless decisions but he had a good heart and I can assure you he had no intentions on that being the result of his actions. R.I.P Ralph
