Sounds to me like Mom had no choice but to step in on behalf of her daughter because like most school districts in the country, we turn a blind eye to bullying. After all we hear about teenage suicides and bullying, we still "forget" that it is real and it exists? Pathetic. I blame the school administration. Period. Do something about the bullies, not the bullied for God's sake!
