What was the financial conditions of those cities when they built the stadiums? Were the stadiums privately or publicly funded? I personally have no problem with anyone building a stadium. The problem I have is that the Wilmington taxpayers cannot afford it. We have a corrupt council that always votes in favor of the developers. They work for the best interest of the developers and not the citizens. They are fiscally irresponsible and cannot be trusted.
