Looks like he wasn't so innocent! He had a history of a rap sheet. I am sure the cop saw the car without head lights on and then Raphael didn't want to stop cause he knew it wouldn't be a good out come, so he turned his lights on hit the gas pedal (speed confirmed by video)and tried to speed away. Now if he had only stop 3 people wouldn't be dead. I have no sympathy for the drivers family. If their son had made better decisions in life this wouldn't have been the out come.

However my thoughts and prayers go to the two girls and guy recovering in the hospital. Two lives cut short because of a stupid low life careless driver.
