Creekwood was built in the 70's? I think. If I were King Creekwood would have been a gated community from day one. One way in and out with a guard gate. If you don't belong there you can't get in.
I agree Princess Place along the street is struggling, I know someone near Chestnut and 15th and it has been pretty good for them the last few years but if they go 2 blocks towards town it is still overrun with druggies and thieves .
I lived in Princess Place neighborhood (up by Calvary Baptist)for about 10 years. That is still a good safe area.
