From the current looks of things it seems as if Mr Fulton and his cohort did not perform due diligence in the research for the wording of their petition. It does have broad far reaching wording. Mr. Fulton's responses to this are inadequate also. "We did not intend" Leaves a lot to question. "It is such a pain dealing with these modifications".
