VOTE 2012: David Rouzer hopes state Senate experience leads to Congress

David Rouzer is in the middle of his second term in the state Senate. Now the Republican from Johnston County wants to serve in Washington. Rouzer filed to run for US House yesterday in North Carolina's 7th Congressional District, which has a much different look this election year.
