"more competitive" is giving away more and more tax dollars to the corporate whores who want to set up shop here. I know...the naysayers will say "But Taxpayer, everyone else is doing it." Until the state of North Carolina gets rid of its anti-business tax code eliminated, companies will continue to come with hat in hand expecting us taxpayers to pay them to locate here.
