you know these folks don't need a house THIS BIG! It doesn't matter if they can afford the payments or paid cash, no one "deserves" this size of house. No matter if the buyer started his/her own company from scratch, built it into a successful enterprise, and possibly sold it. They don't "deserve" a house this big. :)
