what military installation is in Raleigh?

None

so if she is coming to meet with active duty personnel and family members, why is she not going to Fayetteville, Goldsboro, or Jacksonville?

There's a fixed cost associated with the aircraft she uses, regardless of destination.

So why not go where the military members and families are located?
