The parents have a hard time accepting that their kids are not able to do all the things an able bodied kid can do. Until then there will continue to be these frivolous lawsuits.
How do they think it will be out in the real world? These kids are not suppose to be able to do everything an able bodied/minded kid can do, they are special needs. geeez
Yeah they have the RIGHT to a free education.... ALL KIDS DO, NOT JUST YOUR SPECIAL ONE.
