Another example of bad parenting. It is not the kids fault for being handicapped. It is not the parents fault for having a kid that is handicapped. What is the parents fault and their lack of responsible parenting to think that their kid is entitled to function with non handicapped peers.
Obviously, their kid is going to require more attention than that of a non handicap child. Because of that obligation, that will detract attention given to a kid who is not handicapped. Why not be responsible and place your child in a special needs program where said kid can get the required attention that he or she so deserves, instead of trying all of our patience with your stupidity or ignorance or greed.
Pesonally, I feel examples like this is why breeding should be state regulated and not a given right.
