I have to say your a dumbass, Someone in a wheelchair does not mean he needs to be in special classes, your saying hey your kid is in a wheelchair, he will never achieve anything. i mean really, look at stephen hawking he is in a wheelchair but he is a very smart man. Special Needs programs are for kids that are mentally disabled not for kids that can function in Society and just need accommodations, go look up some information, your ignorance amazes me
