Well, we all know that consuming drugs doesn't cause blunt force trauma and internal bleeding. This little boy was HIT very hard by an adult..... probably for touching/spilling the adults drugs.

Amazes me that a MOTHER would have drugs in her childs room AND put her baby in care of these BUMS !! Why do these people keep having children???? Poor little child never had a chance.
