I am a non smoker but I say good for them the W.B.B.A. What's going to be next a ban on fishing on the beach because there to many old fishing lines fond on the beach.I say the lady who picked up the butts I hope you continue to do so maybe even form a group of people to do so once a week instead of depending on the W.B.B.A. to do the job for you if it bother you that much.
