oh, so it's wonderful that no one is sitting in a bar smoking BUT everyone IS sitting in the bar throwing back drinks, leaving the bar, getting in their car and driving off snockerd, anytime after 11:00 am on any given day. Oh yea, you got a great point. You can come up on a wreck involving a drunk driver, you can get out and try to help but for God's sake, don't you DARE light up a cigarette. Logical priorities... NOT!
