I truly understand why the blockade Runner sale fell through. If you have ever stayed in one of the rooms that has not been remodeled or have dealt with Bill Baggett's unprofessionalism and derogatory mannerisms, than it is no surprise as to why the Blockade Rundown Resort remains under Bill Baggetts ownership.
