...I would be willing to bet a years pay that he has NO drivers license, NO car, NO boat, No high school education and NO life. I will also bet that he DOES have a lengthy list of traffic violations (that got his license revoked), a lengthy list of felonius drug related offenses (that got his car under seizure), has a mama that never cared about him and is a 3rd generation, lifetime entitlement recipient that blames his entire misfortune on others rather than his own lack of motivation and personal accountability. That's a HUGE chip he carries around on his shoulder and the reasons for that are described above. He will likely die wearing it.
