Gang members are an insiduous piece of evil just lurking behind the cowardly acts that they do. They are becoming rampant in the schools and we let them. Why? All in the name of privacy they are disciplined or are they really? Do they get a smack on the hand and told they have to behave or are they treated like the criminals they have become and dealt with accordingly? They will not stop - they will grow. Compare them to the kudzu - it grows on anything and will take over anything in its path. The justice system needs re-vamping and needs to deal with these people harshly.
