I did a little research,and I bet if the fools who wear their pants half way down knew how that started they would pull them up. It seem that in the prison system it is the code for letting other prisoners know you are willing to have sex with another male prisoner. So by wearing their pants this way it seems they saying they want to have sex with other males. Spread this little ray of truth around and see how fast they pull up their pants. Now for the girls, if you dress like a hooker and a hoodrat hoochee thats how you will be treated. I hope the DA refuses a plea bargin and locks these fools up for as long as possible, and sends the message this crap is over in the schools.
