Parent Involvement??? Where you been?? The problem with the younger generation is that the parents see no wrong in their kids, they don't take the time or energy to keep up with them, they do not discipline them at all (it makes it too hard on the parent to enforce) and even at a young age, they let kids run wild in public places, like restaurants, and allow them to ruin everyone's evening all around them. The concept of parent involvement invokes pure chuckles from me. You've been living in la la land.
