I'm 17 years old, and personally I have no problem with this. Suspension is the most ignorant punishment you could give along with taking possessions. Suspension is just a vacation, I know this first hand because I have family members and friends who are always suspended. I grew up receiving spankings as a form of punishment, and I think that if kids these days had a good tail whooping, they'd act like they had some sense.
