corporal punishment was the reason why so many people stop going to school at the age of 16 ,and now they have nothing to look on as work go's maybe get a job at burger -king .. if a child is that bad in life maybe DSS sould do there job better and start chargeing there mom and dad' and most kids that are bad coem from single moms were are the dad's in there life ?
