It is surprising to see people upset about this!
Really?! The organization that put this on wanted to encourage and inform college students about the importance of recycling. Which, most people here don't recycle at all and don't understand why they should.
An event creating awareness about something that should be commonplace is always a good thing. I applaud them for this.
No one mentions the millions they spend on other petty things like the new brick entry signs, just the $0 they spent on an art project.
And the event cost $0
