How wonderful the American Doctors and hospitals are, giving free surgeries to other countries financially depleted citizens, while treating the American citizens like dirt. There are many problems with American Greed and this is just one fine example. If the surgery wasn't a Mansion and a Lamborghini just perhaps the couple could afford the cost of a heart transplant. I mean c'mon people, the heart is giving away as a donor dies along with many other vital organs needed for transplantation. To charge and a make profit off one persons death so you all can have meat and potatoes on your table is a crime in my opinion. They should just do the surgery and take a loss, or do what lawyers do once a year and take a pro bono case.
