...undermines the basic requirement to apply deadly force, that you are in fear of serious injury or death. From what I know about the case, I'm not convinced that Zimmerman can meet that level of proof, and won't be surprised if he's indicted and sent to trial. I won't go so far as to say he murdered Martin, but I think he may have royally screwed the pooch.
