I am sure the State of South Carolina sent a special invitation to NC Senator Phil Berger. I am sure the SC Govenor gave him a great big kiss for his gift and presented him a gold shovel. He most likely left the event for a long weekend in Myrtle Beach. What was our most recent unemployment level, 13%? OH MY!!
