The same people who complained about the staggered schedule will now complain about whatever positions are cut to make up for the $500,000 extra that will have to be spent on buses, or they will complain that the older kids are now at the bus stop at the same time as their little ones, that there is now too much bus traffic on the road at one time when everyone is trying to get to work, so forth & so on.
