WILMINGTON,NC (WWAY) -- Tuesday night's sports segment featured a regional baseball rivalry between East Carolina and UNCW. The Pirates defeated the Seahawks 5-0. We covered high school baseball, as well. Ashley faced Laney on day two of the annual Ashley High School Spring Break Baseball Tournament. We even got to take a look at the sleek, Nike-designed NFL uniforms that will debut in the upcoming season. Click play video to check it all out!

MADI JOHNSTON WAS THE WINNING PITCHER FOR THE BUCS.
IN HIGH SCHOOL SOFTBALL WEST BLADEN DEFEATED SOUTH COLUMBUS 3-1.
ERICA TANNER WAS THE WINNING PITCHER FOR WEST BLADEN.
COURTNEY HAD A 2 RUN TRIPLE FOR THE KNIGHTS.

IN HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL WEST BLADEN BEAT SOUTH COLUMBUS 5-1.
KYLE MEISMER STRUCK OUT 12 BATTERS FOR THE KNIGHTS.
IN HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL WHITEVILLE EDGED WEST BRUNSWICK 5-4.
IN HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL EAST COLUMBUS DEFEATED WEST COLUMBUS 5-1.
IN HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL LANEY DEFEATED ASHLEY 8-6 IN THE ASHLEY SPRING BREAK TOURNAMENT.
IN HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL NEW HANOVER BEAT HOGGARD 4-2 IN THE ASHLEY SPRING BREAK TOURNAMENT.
HOGGARD WILL FACE LANGLEY, VA AT 10:30 ON WEDNESDAY.
NEW HANOVER WILL FACE WEST FORSYTH AT 1:30 ON WEDNESDAY.
ASHLEY WILL FACE OLYMPIC AT 4:30 ON WEDNESDAY.
