The tax review board in Bolivia changes no property valuations even though proper comparisions using the countys GIS and realtors sales in area are presented. The property should be valued at market price not just what an assessor claims the value should be. The tax administrator was terminated because of this practice in 2006. This new tax administrator should also share that fate.
