Most are well off and so selfish they would deny others the opportunity to support their family due to their self interest. These people are the so called "elite" who look down on a blue collar worker. They are the ones who attend the Azalea Festival social debutante functions that the common man has no interest or desire to attend. You know with their little tea cup and pinkie finger sticking out.
