There are a few things I really would like to have BUT I don't have the financing for it right now. YOU HAVE TO KNOW WHEN TO SPEND AND WHEN NOT TO. Wilmington is in horrible shape financially and needs a LOT of normal things repaired and replaced. THERE ISN'T ENOUGH MONEY TO DO IT AND WE DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT NEED A BASEBALL STADIUM!!
AGAIN, I WANT TO SEE THE P & L for the convention center. Why won't anyone publish it???
