That 3% sales tax was NEVER intended for a convention center. In fact, 9 years ago no one was talking about a convention center. The city board said it would be a money maker and take care of itself, (like the ballpark). We have the right to know IF indeed, the convention center is taking care of itself. Why are you reluctant to print a P & L? Got something to hide????
