Everyone: Wilmington already committed to a 25 million dollar annual recurring building and employee expense that you have to pay for ie...it's called the Wilmington Police Department! Along with the new buildings to relocate the public housing from Greenfield St. to brand new multi-unit apartments next door to the police department.
