The previous reply makes a great point. We are so behind on infrastructure but always so ready for the next big thing! How about we fix the roads, install the sidewalks on the prviously annexed areas, and do all the other infrastructure improvements needed before we build something to bring even more people into Wilmington. Possibly the money you are spending on the ballpark consultant would have been better spent on a consultant for how to get our money back from your parking deck fiasco or the convention center. Oops,
I forgot, there are no real estate commissions or increased real estate values in those areas.
