I am NOT a smoker..but what is going to happen here is that when it passes...ALL SMOKERS are going to have a DAY OF SMOKING and stand in ankle deep water smoking a cigarette in one hand and flipping the bird with the other...because THAT will still be legal...this is a DO NOTHING law...just what we need...
