Yeah, this one makes my head hurt. Anyone on Cheatham's staff could have seen that Ripken also owns minor league teams, just go to their website. Going to be tough for Mandalay to hand over confidential information to another company who, down the road, could potentially use it to gain an advantage in a team purchase deal etc.
