Any assault is a violent offense to me, purhaps he just hasn't assaulted the right person yet. It could be self corrective at that point. Not that I don't agree with you for the most part, but just how much does normal society have to endure from violent offenders? Mental or Mean, doesn't matter when you're the one or someone you love is the one getting assaulted. Most people have some excuse or another for thier bad behavior, it's lack of self control and ownership. Hope one day there is a majic pill to fix everyone, then if you could only get them to take it, we all might be safe. Good Luck
