Several questions come to my mind:
(1) How old were these others that this 12 year old was with?
(2) Why was she left behind with him - do they know each other?
(3) Where were the parents?
If this story is all that it says, someone needs to be asking why this 12 year old was left with him. A 12 year old's life is changed forever because of this behavior. If he is found guilty, I hope they put him away for a long time. If I were him, I think I would rather be in jail than out. His safety might become an issue!
