I think everyone should wait for the evidence. There should be gun shot residue tests, there will be the little girl who may say " I was with daddy and we heard boom inside"
People do it, but really, to judge these things on emotion is just as creepy as what you are implying

Some may never believe even if there was an eye witness but that's just emotion but it is sad years later that the kids may mind these comments online
